Background
Johnston County Public Schools (JCPS) is seeking proposals for an online payment platform that will provide parents and community members with online payment options for school fees.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the payment process for school-related fees, making it more convenient for users.
Bidders are required to demonstrate their platform's capabilities through a demonstration.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an online payment platform that includes the following features:
1. Ability for parents/community members to pay various school fees online.
2. Integration with existing systems, including LINQ and School Funds.
3. Support for multiple payment methods, including debit/credit cards, electronic checks, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
4. Functionality to create payments/fees/products without requiring a student ID.
5. Control over the presentation order of products and subsections (drop-down menus).
6. Capability for refunds through the system.
7. Separate web pages for each school/location.
8. Reporting capabilities for schools and districts.
9. Mobile application capability for parents/payors.
10. Setup options with date restrictions and automatic turn-offs for fees.
11. Autogenerated reports emailed with deposit notifications.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award notification, with key dates including:
- Bid submission deadline: January 10, 2025
- Vendor presentations: January 13, 2025
- Product demonstrations: January 21-30, 2025
- Award notice sent via email after evaluations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily within Johnston County, North Carolina.
