Request for Proposal: Cybersecurity Products & Services

Background
The Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) is soliciting proposals for Cybersecurity Products and Services. This contract aims to consolidate the End Point Protection, Tanium, and Security Assessments contracts. Vendors currently awarded on those contracts must bid on this contract to continue providing cybersecurity services to the State of North Carolina. The contract will also consolidate security assessment and testing professional services, and only time-limited, fixed priced, SOWs for professional services are allowed to be procured using this contract.
NCDIT may make multiple awards by subcategory of this RFP.

Work Details
The contract includes various categories of cybersecurity products and services such as Endpoint and Network Security Products, Identity and Access Management Products, Security Management and Analytics Products, Email Security Products, Software Development Security Products, and Security Assessment, Testing and Consulting Services. Each category specifies detailed products or services to be provided.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will be for five (5) years unless terminated earlier. The State retains the option to extend the Agreement for five (5) one (1) year periods at its sole discretion.

Place of Performance
The contract is a Mandatory Statewide Term Contract for the use of Executive State Agencies and may also be used as a Convenience Contract for non-State Agencies permitted by law.
