Background
Central Piedmont Community College, located in North Carolina, is seeking to procure a Colex Bubble Free Pro Application Table 1734 and a Colex Sharpcut Pro SX1732 Flatbed Cutter. This solicitation aims to award an Agency Contract for a one-time, brand-specific purchase intended to enhance the capabilities of the Campus Printing Department, which handles a large volume of paper cutting jobs.

Work Details
The contract includes the following products and services:

1. **Colex Bubble Free Pro Application Table 1734**
- Quantity: 1
- Must include all necessary hardware for operation.
- Training: On-site training for up to two business days by factory-certified technicians.
- Installation: To be completed within thirty (30) days of bid acceptance.
- Delivery: All associated fees including shipping and handling must be included; must fit through a back entryway with dimensions of 68” x 81”.
- Service/Maintenance: Technical support during the warranty term with an option for continued service thereafter.

2. **Colex Sharpcut Pro SX1732 Flatbed Cutter**
- Quantity: 1
- Must include all necessary hardware for operation.
- Training: On-site training for up to two business days by factory-certified technicians.
- Installation: To be completed within thirty (30) days of bid acceptance.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period will commence upon receipt of the purchase order and is expected to be completed within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days for delivery and installation.

The delivery and installation will take place at Central Piedmont Community College, specifically at Campus Printing & Signs, located at 1108A Charlottetowne Ave., Charlotte, NC 28204.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must be registered as North Carolina vendors in good standing. They are required to provide proof of authorization from the manufacturer to distribute or resell the specified products. Additionally, vendors must comply with all insurance requirements as outlined in the solicitation, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Umbrella Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Professional Liability coverage.
