Background
The Town of Cary, through its Police Department, is seeking proposals for a replacement Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System to enhance the processing of 9-1-1 calls for service (CFS) at its Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), known as Cary 9-1-1.
This initiative aims to improve operational efficiency and interoperability with regional first responder partners including the Town of Cary Police and Fire Departments, City of Apex Fire Department, and Town of Morrisville Police and Fire Departments.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide a fully functional CAD system that includes:

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of five years starting from the date of contract award, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.
