Renovation of Twelve Hotel Rooms at Studios at 2800 Brentwood Tenant Improvements

Background
The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, through its Housing & Neighborhoods Department, is issuing a contract for the renovation of twelve existing hotel rooms at the Studios at 2800 Brentwood. The project aims to enhance the living conditions and facilities within these hotel rooms as part of a broader initiative to improve housing and neighborhood standards in the city.

Work Details
The project consists of the following major scope of work items to complete the renovation of twelve (12) existing hotel rooms:

- New doors and windows
- Interior casework, finishes and appliances
- All new plumbing fixtures
- New PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) for each unit
- Electrical improvements including new lighting and fire alarm coordination.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence after the bid opening on September 6, 2024. Specific timelines will be determined based on contractor availability and project scheduling.
