Work Details
The contract involves the renewal of the following Tricentis Tosca software subscriptions and support services:
1. 68 units of Tricentis Tosca Premium Edition (Part Number: MAINT-TOSCA-PREM)
2. 5 units of Automated Execution Pack for Tricentis Tosca Premium (Part Number: MAINT-A-EXEC-PREM)
3. 1 unit of Tricentis Tosca Connect Server License (On Premise) (Part Number: TOSCA-CON-SRVR-OP)
4. 1 unit of Pack of Tricentis Tosca Execution Only (5) | On Premise (Part Number: TOS-EXO-PS)
5. 32 units of Tricentis Tosca (On Premise) (Part Number: TOS-PRM-1-PS)

All products must be delivered by December 19, 2024, after receipt of purchase order.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on December 19, 2024, and will run through December 18, 2025. There are options for two additional one-year extensions at the State's discretion.

Place of Performance
The products and services will be delivered and performed at locations designated by the NC DHHS.
