Work Details
The contractor will provide quarterly cleaning services for a warehouse facility with a total area of 61,400 square feet. The specific tasks include:
- High Dusting: Dusting and removing cobwebs from overhead pipes, ducts, vents, lights, and ceiling corners.
- Rack Storage Dusting: Dusting and wiping down all exposed rack surfaces including beams and posts (accessible areas only).
- Surface Cleaning: Wiping down all horizontal surfaces such as ledges, window sills, equipment surfaces where safe and appropriate, as well as doors and glass.
- Floor Cleaning: Sweeping and removing debris from all warehouse floor areas; auto-scrubbing or mopping floors as appropriate for the floor type and usage level.
Cleaning will occur once per quarter during business hours (7 AM to 3 PM) or as agreed upon by both parties.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will last for one year until June 30, 2026. There is an option to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods based on program continuation and availability of funds.
