Work Details
The contract involves the supply of one BOY 35E injection molding machine with Procan® ALPHA 6 Control, capable of handling up to 38 U.S. tons. Specific requirements include:
- Temperature control and monitoring capability
- Hydraulic part ejector
- 230V 3-phase power preferred
- One mold of the vendor’s choice approved by HCC
- Safety interlocks for operator protection
- Manual chute for adding plastic media
- Dimensions fitting within an 8’ x 3’ space and a maximum height of 80 inches
- Compliance with UL certification standards or other accepted safety standards
- On-site training scheduled post-installation
- Provision of operator manuals, service manuals, and schematics.
Delivery is required by November 14, 2025.
