7. Delivering completed mailings to USPS by the last business day of January each year.
Period of Performance
The contract will have a term of three years with an effective date as specified in the Notice of Award. The NCDST retains the option to extend this contract for two additional one-year periods at its discretion.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the State of North Carolina, with all mailings delivered to USPS from the vendor's location.
