Printing and Installation of Branded Campus Signage Project

Background
The Office of Strategic Communication (OSC) at FSU is looking for an agency to print and install branded signage on and around campus as described in the scope of work in section 5.2 below. Signage plans have been pre-approved by the City of Fayetteville Planning Commission and art will be provided upon the award of this contract.
Signage must be printed, installed, and billed by June 7, 2024.

Work Details
For each project, the vendor is required to provide a cost and confirm if they can print, install, and bill for the project prior to June 7, 2024 based on the contract being awarded around May 1, 2024 and art being provided by FSU upon award. The specific projects include:
Project #1: 60 - 20" x 36” double sided exterior heavy duty mesh banner with top and bottom pole pockets;
Project #2: 13 - 224" x 68" Brick Wall signs;
Project #3: 180 - 30" x 84" Boulevard Banners - double sided;
Project #4: 723.50” x 30” 3-D FSU blue lighted letters on brick wall in front of Barber Building: Fayetteville State University.

Period of Performance
Signage must be printed, installed, and billed by June 7, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Fayetteville State University campus.
