Description

WCU Print Shop Printers
Background
Western Carolina University (WCU) is seeking to procure new printers for its Print Shop. These printers will be utilized for printing services on campus and within the community. The goal of this solicitation is to establish an Agency Specific Contract for the purchase of these printers.

Work Details
The contract involves a one-time purchase of printers for WCU's Print Shop. Vendors are required to submit a detailed package that includes information on each unit bid, such as make, model, brand, and specifications. The items must be fully assembled and ready for use upon delivery.

Additionally, vendors must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming their authorization to distribute or resell the products offered in this IFB. The bid price must include all applicable charges for shipping, delivery, handling, and other fees. Vendors are also required to provide at least three references using the Customer Reference Form provided in Attachment E.

Period of Performance
Items must be received and invoiced no later than June 15th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Western Carolina University located in Cullowhee, North Carolina.
