Prequalification for Bid Package 12A - Window Treatments at East Civic Tower

Background
Brasfield & Gorrie, in association with Holt Brothers Construction, is accepting prequalification documentation from trade contractors for the City of Raleigh's East Civic Tower (ECT) project. This solicitation is specifically for Bid Package 12A, which pertains to the installation of window treatments. The City of Raleigh aims to encourage participation from certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) in its contracting and procurement programs.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision and installation of window treatments at the East Civic Tower. Contractors must submit prequalification documentation to be eligible to bid on this package. The prime contractor will be required to identify MWBE participation in their bid and outline how this participation will be achieved according to City guidelines.
