Background
The Wake Technical Community College is issuing a bid for the construction of the Perry Health Sciences Campus, which includes a new Health Science Building and a parking deck. This project aims to enhance the educational facilities available for health sciences training and is part of a broader initiative supported by Wake County Bonds. The estimated cost for this design-build project is $95,000,000.

Work Details
The project encompasses the construction of a 107,000 GSF, 3-story Simulation Hospital and a 4-story parking deck. The bid is open only to prequalified bidders, with specific packages outlined for various trades including:
