The City of Wilson will receive formal SEALED BIDS for the Pender Street Center and Park Relocation at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, located at Bartlett Engineering & Surveying, 1906 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27893 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. SEALED BIDS for the Pender Street Center and Park Relocation scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the following contract: Building Construction including, but not limited to a new 3,200 +/- sq ft New Masonry Building, to include all interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Site Preparation including, but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalk(s), landscaping and permanent
seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities.
Background
The City of Wilson, NC is seeking bids for the Pender Street Center and Park Relocation project. The goal of this contract is to construct a new facility that aligns with the city's mission to enhance community infrastructure and services.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:

1. Building Construction: A new masonry building approximately 3,200 sq ft, which will encompass all interior rooms and finishes, as well as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations.
