Description

Open-ended Design Services Agreements-Multiple Disciplines
Background
Fayetteville State University is seeking to establish Open-ended Design Services Agreements for multiple disciplines to support small informal projects on an as-needed basis.

The goal of this contract is to provide design and engineering services that align with the university's facilities management needs.

Work Details
The services required under this contract include:
1. Architectural Design
2. Civil Engineering
3. Structural Engineering
4. Environmental and Hazardous Materials Engineering
5. Landscape Architectural Design
6. Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Commissioning and Fire Protection Engineering
7. Special Inspections and Testing Engineering
8. Roofing Consultant Engineering
9. Surveying and GIS Services.

Each project budget, which encompasses design, construction, and contingency, shall not exceed $500,000.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on an as-needed basis with no specific time frame mentioned; however, proposals must be submitted by November 1, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Fayetteville State University located at 1200 Murchison Road, Fayetteville, NC.
