Work Details
The contractor will provide on-call biohazard cleanup services in the following parks: Moore Square, Nash Square, Pullen Park, Dorethea Dix Park, and Roberts Park. Services include:

- Furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary for biohazard waste cleanup and disposal.
- Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, sanitizing, and disposing of biohazard waste such as blood and bodily fluids.
- Adherence to all local, state, federal laws and OSHA regulations regarding safety and personal protective equipment.
- Ensuring proper disposal of all waste and trash.
- Cooperation with other firms working in adjacent areas to avoid delays.
- Providing fencing or barricades to restrict public access during cleanup operations.
- Operating 24/7 with a response time of 1-2 hours after notification from a City representative.
- Sending digital photographs of cleaned areas post-service.

Period of Performance
The contract will span an initial term of two years with options for renewal up to two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in designated parks located in downtown Raleigh.
