NC Pavilion Buildout and Setup for 2025 NRA Show

Background
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Marketing Division, is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide structure buildout and setup for the North Carolina Pavilion at the 2025 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show. This event is scheduled to take place from May 17-20, 2025, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.

The goal of this contract is to promote 'Got To Be North Carolina' (GTBNC), NC products, and NC companies.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for the complete installation, furnishing, cleaning, and setup of the NC Pavilion by noon on May 13, 2025. The specific requirements include:

1. **Production for Rental**: A custom rental exhibit measuring 20' x 50', featuring:
- Four (4) towers (1m x 1m x 14') with locking doors for storage.
- A semi-private conference area (1.5m x 3m).
- A lounge area (1.5m x 3m).
- Six (6) black counters with sliding doors for storage.
- Six (6) black counters with open shelves and locking doors.
- Sixteen (16) lights on towers to illuminate logos.
- One (1) client-owned hanging sign with rigging included.

2. **Furniture & Floor Covering**:
- Twelve (12) black counter stools.
- Two (2) black leather sofas.
- One (1) black coffee table.
- One (1) rectangular conference table with six chairs.
- Custom cut gray carpet and carpet pad measuring 20' x 50'.

3. **Additional Services**: Includes headers for identification in green vinyl on yellow laminate, company identification headers in white vinyl on green laminate, counter front graphics with logos, tower signs with logos and North Carolina logo, full panel digital graphics, three electrical outlets, nightly vacuuming and trash removal during the show.

4. **Installation & Dismantling**: Labor for installation and dismantling is included; labor schedule may change based on onsite conditions.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of three years starting from the date of final contract execution. The vendor must ensure all structures are ready by May 13, 2025, and dismantle them after the show concludes.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
