Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) is seeking to engage a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Milestone-based Video Management System (VMS) solution. Work Details
The contract includes the implementation of a Milestone XProtect Expert VMS that supports centralized management with distributed recording servers and failover recording servers for continuous operation. It must also be compatible with ONVIF-compliant cameras. The solution should allow for unlimited camera expansion, configurable video retention policies, local and network-based storage options, role-based access control integrated with Active Directory, audit logging capabilities, encrypted video transmission, and system health monitoring. Additionally, the vendor is required to provide training for administrators and users along with ongoing support and maintenance services.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of three (3) years starting from the date of final contract execution. Work under the contract is expected to commence within fifteen (15) business days of the effective date.
