Magnet Forensics AXIOM Software Licensing and Support Services

Background
The State of North Carolina, through the Department of Public Safety, is seeking offers for Magnet Forensics AXIOM software licensing and support services. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to procure software and services that will enhance the capabilities of the North Carolina National Guard in recovering, analyzing, and reporting data from various sources including mobile devices, computers, cloud services, and vehicles. This initiative aims to integrate with existing Magnet software and hardware to improve forensic analysis capabilities.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of the following products and services:

1. AXIOM Computer - 1 year Term License (6 units) for the term from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
2. Magnet AXIOM Advanced (2 units) for the same term.
3. Magnet AXIOM Essentials (4 units) also for the same term.

The contract may extend into optional years with similar quantities and terms for years two and three. The vendor must provide ongoing support services including software maintenance and updates as part of the agreement.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year starting from May 1, 2026, with options to extend for two additional one-year periods at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within North Carolina as required by the Department of Public Safety.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with E-Verify requirements as per N.C.G.S. §143B-1350(k). Additionally, vendors are encouraged to participate in this procurement process if they qualify as Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). Vendors must also provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report Non-State Hosted Solutions at offer submission.
