LED Lighting Retrofit Project for Three Treatment Facilities in Wilmington, NC

Background
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking bids for an LED Lighting Retrofit project aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability across its facilities. The goal of this contract is to replace existing lighting with new LED fixtures at three treatment facilities located in Wilmington, NC. These facilities are critical to the agency's mission of providing reliable water and wastewater services.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation of new LED lighting fixtures at the following sites:
- Sweeney Water Treatment Plant
- Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant
- Environmental Management and Sustainability Department (EMSD).

The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the retrofit, including removal of old fixtures, installation of new LED fixtures, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and performance standards.
