LED Lighting Retrofit Project - Addendum 3

Background
The Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is issuing this solicitation for the LED Lighting Retrofit Project.
The goal of this contract is to retrofit existing lighting systems with energy-efficient LED lighting solutions to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Perform electrical work related to the installation of LED lighting fixtures.
2. Ensure that all electrical work is conducted by personnel holding a valid North Carolina Electrical Contractors License with an Unlimited Classification.
3. Provide at least three references for similar projects completed in the past seven years, including contact information, project dates, locations, and costs.
4. Submit a bid that includes a breakdown of estimated quantities and unit prices for each item involved in the project.
5. Address any discrepancies between unit prices and total sums as specified in the bid instructions.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a timeframe that aligns with project requirements.
Bids are due on February 20, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations managed by the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority in Wilmington, North Carolina.
