Landscaping, Pond Management, and Snow Removal Services Needed

Background
Wake Technical Community College (WTCC), the largest community college in North Carolina, is seeking qualified Vendors to provide landscaping maintenance, Best Management Practices (BMP) pond management, and snow removal services across multiple campuses. Established in 1963, WTCC serves over 70,000 adults annually and offers a wide range of educational programs. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for these services.

Work Details
The Vendor will provide the following services:
- Landscaping maintenance for all designated College sites including Southern Wake Campus (SWC), Eastern Wake Education Center (EWEC), Stephen C. Scott Northern Wake Campus (SNWC), Perry Health Science Campus (PHSC), Public Safety Education Training Center (PSEC), Regional Triangle Park (RTP) Campus, and Wake Tech East (WTE) Campus.
- BMP pond management which includes maintaining the health and functionality of ponds, ensuring water quality, vegetation control, and structural maintenance.
- Snow removal services to clear snow and ice from designated areas to ensure safety and accessibility.
Each service must comply with applicable codes and standards set by relevant authorities.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year from the date of final contract execution, with options for two additional one-year renewals at WTCC's discretion.

Services will be performed at various locations including:
