Background
The Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is the largest school district in North Carolina and the 15th largest in the United States, serving approximately 160,000 students across 199 schools.
The purpose of this contract is to supply and maintain janitorial cleaning equipment for custodial services, ensuring compatibility with existing equipment throughout the district.
Work Details
The contractor will provide the following specific products:
- 5 units of TASKI Swingo 2500 (Model D5995123)
- 5 units of Taski Ultimaxx 1900 sd with gel (Model D1232821)
- 15 units of NSS Pacer Vacuum (Model 9600121)
- 5 units of Taski Procarpet 30 (Model D6041495).
All products must be brand specific and compatible with existing equipment.
The contractor is required to include all applicable shipping charges in their quote.
WCPSS reserves the right to award contracts line by line or to the overall lowest bidder.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence in April 2025 and conclude on June 30, 2026, with an option for renewal.
Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to Wake County Public Schools, located at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Building B, Raleigh, NC 27610.
Bidder Requirements
