Description

It is the intent of CMBE to contract with interested parties for the janitorial and miscellaneous items used in school cafeterias for the students of CMS that fall within Federal regulations and State statutes that will be provided at an economical price for CMBE to approximately 186 school sites in Mecklenburg County, NC.
Background
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education (CMBE) aims to contract with vendors for the procurement of janitorial and miscellaneous items used in school cafeterias for students of Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). This initiative is intended to comply with Federal regulations and State statutes while providing these supplies at economical prices across approximately 186 school sites in Mecklenburg County, NC.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on August 18, 2025, and will conclude on August 17, 2026. There is an option for CMBE to renew the contract for up to three additional one-year terms at their discretion.
