Background
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNC Greensboro) is issuing a solicitation for the Jackson Library Addition and Renovation project. This project aims to enhance the library facilities, ensuring they meet modern standards and serve the educational needs of the university community.

Skanska USA Building Inc. is designated as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project, emphasizing collaboration with prequalified contractors.

- 04 Masonry
- 05 Steel & Miscellaneous Metals
- 06 Millwork
- 07A Metal Panels
- 07B Roofing
- 07C Waterproofing & Sealants
- 07D Spray Fireproofing
- 08A Doors & Hardware.

Bids will be accepted from prequalified contractors only, and a pre-bid meeting will be held to discuss these packages in detail.

Period of Performance
The bids are due on April 30, 2025, with work expected to commence shortly thereafter as per the project timeline established by UNC Greensboro and Skanska USA Building Inc.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Jackson Library located at Jarrell Hall, Room 032, 320 College Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27412.
