Invitation for Bids: Historic Courthouse Video Security System Installation

Background
Cumberland County is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB #25-14-ENG) for the purchase and installation of a video security system at the Historic Courthouse.
The goal of this contract is to enhance security through a comprehensive video surveillance system that integrates with the County's existing infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor must provide and install video management software, network cameras, and camera licenses by Avigilon.
The vendor will be responsible for system design, structured cabling, installation, maintenance, service, support, and training.
Specific items to be provided include:
- 1 x Avigilon HD Video Recording Appliance 16-Port, 12 TB (Part #VMA-AS3X-16P12-NA)
- 11 x Avigilon Enterprise Camera Licenses (Part #ACC7-ENT)
- 1 x Avigilon 2 x 3MP Dual Sensor Dome Camera with Built-In IR (Part #6.0C-H5DH-DO1-IR)
- Additional cameras and accessories including various models of Avigilon cameras, mounts, injectors, and cables as detailed in the specifications.
The vendor must also pull all data cable required for the installation.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by December 2, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Historic Courthouse located at 130 Gillespie Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301.
