Invitation for Bids: 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe Procurement

Background
Cumberland County is soliciting bids for the procurement of a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe for the Sheriff's Office.
The goal of this contract is to acquire a vehicle that meets specific performance, mechanical, and safety standards necessary for law enforcement operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one (1) 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe that meets the following specifications:
- Performance & Mechanical:
- Mechanical limited slip differential
- Transfer case single speed
- Front skip plate
- Electronic precision shift
- Trailering equipment
- High capacity air cleaner
- 10-Speed automatic transmission
- 5.3L V-8 engine
- Police Pursuit Vehicle (PPV) configuration

- Connectivity & Technology:
- Chevrolet Infotainment system with a 3.8” diagonal color touchscreen, Bluetooth audio streaming, voice command passthrough, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities, two power outlets, keyless open with extended range remote entry, and keyless start.

- Interior Features:
- Tri-zone automatic climate control air conditioning
- Front seats with a 40/20/40 split bench configuration
- Second-row seats with a 60/40 split folding bench configuration
- Rubberized vinyl floor covering

- Exterior Features:
- LED headlamps, heated power dual outside mirrors, rain-sensing front windshield wipers, R/VV dome lamp, LED spotlight, and front recovery hooks.

- Safety & Security:
- HD rear vision camera, theft deterrent system for unauthorized entry, front and rear park assist.

- Warranty: Basic warranty of three years or 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper limited warranty; five years or 60,000 miles powertrain limited warranty including roadside assistance and courtesy transportation.

Period of Performance
The vehicle must be delivered within thirty (30) days of contract award.

Delivery location is specified as the Sheriff's Office at 131 Dick St., Fayetteville, NC 28301.
