Interior Structured Cabling Services

Background
The City of Greensboro is issuing this solicitation for Interior Structured Cabling Services to secure pricing for various cabling products and installation services.
The goal is to enhance the city's infrastructure by providing reliable and efficient structured cabling solutions.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision and installation of various structured cabling components, including but not limited to:
- Category 6 Unit Runs (Plenum and Non-Plenum) with options for single, dual, triple, and quad configurations.
- Weatherproof Category 6 Flooded Outdoor Cable installed per foot.
- Patch Panels in 12, 24, and 48 port configurations.
- Category 6 Patch Cords in lengths of 3, 5, 7, and 10 feet.
- Installation of Category 6 Cable (Plenum and Non-Plenum) per foot.
- Installation of Fiber Optic Cable (both Plenum and Non-Plenum) in various strand counts (6, 12, 24, 48) installed per foot.
- Fiber Optic Connectors and Connector Panels for SC and LC types.
- Rack & Equipment Installation including various Hoffman models and Panduit Cable Managers.
- Labor charges for regular hours, overtime, holiday hours, and emergency repair rates with specific response times.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but is expected to span several months based on project scope.

The services will be performed within the City of Greensboro.
