- Excess Workers’ Compensation

The broker must demonstrate that all proposed insurance carriers have a minimum of five years of experience providing coverage to public entities. Additionally, the broker may assist in evaluating and marketing appropriate coverage for Union County’s portion of the Catawba River Water Treatment Plant (CRWTP). They may also evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of consolidating existing insurance policies under a single brokerage agreement.
Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of two years with three one-year renewal options at the County’s discretion, pending annual budget approval.
