Description

North Carolina Central University (NCCU) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide emergency HVAC repair and maintenance services for the University's Residential Halls on an "as needed" basis. The qualified contractors will be the annual service contractors for the University providing emergency HVAC repairs as needed for the University.
Background
North Carolina Central University (NCCU) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide emergency HVAC repair and maintenance services for the University's Residential Halls on an 'as needed' basis. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.

Work Details
The contract shall have a term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The maximum contract period is three (3) years.
The contractor must staff each job in accordance with the size and time demands placed on the job, and provide a letter from a bonding company stating that they are bondable.

Period of Performance
The Contract shall have a term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution or July 1, 2024, whichever is later. The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more vendors and make separate awards to different vendors for one or more line items.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for performance will be at North Carolina Central University's Residential Halls.
