Hayes Taylor YMCA Childcare Expansion Project

Background
The Hayes Taylor Memorial YMCA Childcare Expansion project at 2630 E Florida Street, Greensboro, NC 27401 is being managed by the City of Greensboro and the YMCA. The project involves the addition of a 7,000 SF second floor above an existing first floor at the Childcare Wing of the Hayes Taylor Memorial YMCA. The project will comply with MWBE participation targets, consistent with the policies of the City of Greensboro.
Additionally, as the project is funded partly or in total by the Federal Government, bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, and the Contract Hours and Safety Standards Act.

Work Details
The work includes but is not limited to adding a 7,000 SF second floor above an existing first floor at the Childcare Wing of the Hayes Taylor Memorial YMCA.
