Scope of Work:
Horizon Development Properties (HDP) is seeking a licensed general contractor to perform renovations at Hampton Creste Apartments, located at 920 N. Wendover Rd., Charlotte, NC 28211. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all required renovation services as specified in the Invitation for Bids (IFB), ensuring that the work is completed at a fair and reasonable cost.

This solicitation is issued by Horizon Development Properties (HDP), the sole member of HDP Hampton Creste LLC, which owns the Hampton Creste Apartments.

Background:
The purpose of this IFB is to select a qualified and licensed general contractor to perform the necessary renovations at the Hampton Creste Apartments. The project location is 920 N. Wendover Rd., Charlotte, NC 28211.
