Grease Trap Pumping and Cleaning Services for Correctional Facility

Background
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction, specifically the Alexander Correctional Institution located at 633 Old Landfill Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional grease trap pumping and cleaning services.

The goal of this contract is to ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of the facility's grease traps, which is essential for compliance with health and safety regulations.

Work Details
The vendor will provide professional pumping and cleaning services for one (1) 5,000-gallon grease trap every other week (totaling twenty-six (26) times per year).

Additionally, there will be one (1) annual cleaning of a 300-gallon grease trap. If necessary, the service may involve two pulls of 2,500 gallons each; both pulls must be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of each other.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one (1) year starting from the date of final contract execution.

The State has the option to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms at its discretion.

Services will be performed at the Alexander Correctional Institution located at 633 Old Landfill Road, Taylorsville, NC 28681.
