GoRaleigh Transit Park and Ride Pond Remediation Project

Background
The City of Raleigh Construction Management Division is seeking bids for the remediation of the GoRaleigh Transit Park and Ride Pond, located at 4310 Poole Road.
The project aims to enhance the functionality and safety of the pond area as part of the city's commitment to maintaining public infrastructure.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Furnishing and installation of a synthetic liner;
- Erosion control;
- Construction surveying;
- All excavation, backfill, fill, rock removal, and undercut removal;
- Liner installation;
- Landscaping;
- All other related work as outlined in the contract documents.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and will be completed within a specified timeframe as detailed in the contract documents.

The work will be performed at the GoRaleigh Transit Park and Ride Pond located at 4310 Poole Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide evidence of being licensed to perform the work as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87.
Additionally, bidders are responsible for submitting one signed copy of the bid proposal electronically by the due date.
