Background
The Department of Administration (DOA) of North Carolina is responsible for providing a wide range of governmental services, including the maintenance of approximately 100 state-owned buildings in Wake County.

Work Details
The vendor will provide the following services:

2. **Emergency and Repair Services**: Provide emergency and non-emergency repair services at fixed hourly rates for all generators and ATS listed in Appendix A.
Emergency repairs must be available 24/7 with specific response times: return calls within one hour and on-site service within two hours.
3. **Rental Equipment**: Provide temporary generator rental services (up to 2 MEG units) if a generator fails, ensuring delivery within 24 hours of notification.
4. **Response Time Requirements**: Maintain a toll-free number available 24/7 for trouble reports, respond to emergency calls within one hour, and provide a written scope of work within 48 hours after assessing the site.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be one year starting from August 1, 2026, with options for renewal for up to four additional one-year terms at the State's discretion.
Place of Performance
All work will be performed at various locations within the State Complex in Raleigh, NC, including downtown Raleigh and surrounding areas.
Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have at least five years of experience in generator repair services and demonstrate experience with similar public or private sector clients.
All technicians performing work under this contract must have a minimum of three years of generator maintenance experience.
Vendors are required to complete various attachments including HUB participation forms and customer reference forms as part of their bid submission.
