Background
The City of Raleigh, the capital city of North Carolina, is seeking proposals for full maintenance and repair services for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. Work Details
The contractor will provide full maintenance and repair services for UPS systems including:

1. Biannual preventive maintenance and inspection services (Level 1) - two visits per year.
2. Biannual sealed battery preventive maintenance and inspection services (Level 2) - two visits per year.
3. Replacement of any batteries that fail during the contract period.
4. Emergency response with a guaranteed two-hour response time for troubleshooting and repairs.
5. All work must adhere to manufacturer specifications and include necessary permits at no cost to the City.
6. Contractors must maintain a local presence in each county where services are provided.

Period of Performance
The contract term is expected to be five (5) years, commencing upon the signing of the contract between the Contractor and the City.

Bidder Requirements
