Background
The City/County is seeking proposals for Facility Condition Assessment Services to evaluate the physical condition of facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the facilities are maintained in a safe and functional state, aligning with the City’s mission to provide quality services to its residents.
Work Details
The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive facility condition assessments, which include but are not limited to: evaluating building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), assessing structural integrity, identifying maintenance needs, and providing detailed reports on findings.
The contractor must also develop a prioritized list of repairs and improvements based on the assessments.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by September 25, 2025.
Place of Performance
The assessments will take place at various facilities owned by the City/County within its jurisdiction.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the City’s Minority and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goals and requirements. Proposals will be evaluated based on criteria beyond just pricing, focusing on the quality and comprehensiveness of the proposal.
