Description

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Mecklenburg, North Carolina (County) to obtain proposals from qualified Executive Search firms interested in assisting the Sr. Leadership of Mecklenburg County, or designee, in the recruitment of executive positions, various mid to high level management positions, and/or difficult to recruit specialized positions for the County on an as needed basis.

Mecklenburg County, located in North Carolina, is seeking proposals from qualified Executive Search firms to assist in the recruitment of executive positions, various mid to high-level management positions, and difficult-to-recruit specialized roles for the County's Human Resources Department.

The goal of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain professional services that will support the Sr. Leadership of Mecklenburg County in fulfilling their staffing needs.
