Evidenced-Based Math Intervention Resources for Grades K-9

Background
Johnston County Public Schools (JCPS) is seeking evidenced-based math intervention resources for grades K-9 to provide supplemental and intensive support. The goal is to acquire high-quality resources that align with the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, focusing on key math domains and skills such as whole numbers, computational fluency, rational numbers, algebraic expressions, equations, and geometry. The resources can be tangible or digital and should support both Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.

Work Details
The contractor will provide evidenced-based math intervention resources that include:
- Tangible/virtual manipulatives
- Interactive games/activities
- Instructional resources/lessons for educators
- A diagnostic function to identify specific skill gaps
- Personalized learning pathways for students
- Teacher access to a data dashboard for tracking student progress and completion
- District personnel access to a reporting dashboard with analytics updated monthly.

The resources must integrate with ClassLink for Single-Sign-On (SSO) and rostering. Professional development for teachers should be offered in various formats, covering platform usage and instructional best practices. Bidders must provide formal studies or research demonstrating the effectiveness of their resources.

Period of Performance
The contract will span three years, with pricing options provided on an annual basis.

Services will be performed within Johnston County Public Schools in North Carolina.
