The aim is to identify the best option for a streamlined platform that facilitates the publishing, amplifying, and tracking of social media content related to the university.
This evaluation is crucial for enhancing the university's online presence and engagement across various platforms.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a software tool that includes:
- Scheduling capabilities for major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Analytic and metric reporting capabilities with a user-friendly dashboard.
- Social listening capabilities with a dashboard that can generate regular reports on identified keywords and authors.
- Customizable dashboards for users to view metrics like mentions, comments, and tags across platforms.
- The ability to produce custom reports on content performance metrics including engagements, impressions, and reach.
Additionally, training for UNC-Chapel Hill employees on navigating the platform will be required.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of one year from the effective date of the contract, with options for two additional one-year renewals at the university's discretion.
