Background
The City of Raleigh (CoR) is seeking proposals from qualified software vendors to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite that meets the City’s technical and business requirements.

4. Manage Human Capital: HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Performance Management.
5. Technology Capabilities: Access Control & Security, Integration with existing systems, Data Storage & Archiving.
The vendor must ensure seamless integration with existing applications and provide a user-friendly platform tailored to the needs of city staff and stakeholders.
Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last for five years, covering all phases from implementation to ongoing support and maintenance.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the City of Raleigh's facilities or remotely as required by the project scope.
