Background
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking to engage a qualified professional engineering or licensed geological firm to provide environmental services. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe operations, facility maintenance, and compliance with environmental regulations across various city-owned facilities.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide the following services:

1. Sub-Slab Vapor Mitigation at the Lowery Street Facility located at 2000 Lowery Street, Winston Salem, NC.

2. HVAC Filter Testing Services at the Joint Firearms Training Facility located at 550 Brookwood Business Park Drive, Winston Salem, NC.

3. Lead Dust Floor Testing Services at the same Joint Firearms Training Facility.

4. Quarterly NAPL Recovery and Semi-Annual Groundwater Sampling at the Archie Elledge Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 2801 Griffith Road, Winston Salem, NC.

Additional responsibilities include comprehensive air monitoring, environmental testing, regulatory compliance services, indoor air quality monitoring, asbestos and lead-based materials testing, hazardous materials evaluations, and other environmental investigations as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue through the completion of all specified services as outlined in the RFQ.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations in Winston-Salem, NC including the Lowery Street Facility, Joint Firearms Training Facility, and Archie Elledge Wastewater Treatment Plant.
