Background
The North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) oversees IT services for the state of North Carolina and provides services for local governments and educational institutions. Work Details
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit offers for a Vendor to provide assessment, design, and implementation expertise to advance the maturity of NCDIT's Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice. The contract term is one year with the option for two additional one-year extensions at the state's discretion. The contract type is a definite quantity contract, allowing partial, progressive, or multiple awards if advantageous. The anticipated program timeline includes an assessment phase followed by potential implementation support.

- Increasing visibility and transparency for agencies
- Publishing standards and reference architectures
- Developing EA process training
