Replace circuit breakers identified through testing. 2. The following large buildings are included: a. Archdale b. Museum of Natural Sciences c. Nature Research Center d. DEQ Office e. New Education f. New Revenue g. Archives & History h. Agriculture and Ag Annex i. Plus other DOA buildings as funding allows. 3. Replace main switchboard in Dobbs Building. Multiple circuit breakers failed and were repaired during testing at the last test in Dobbs.
Background
The Department of Administration is issuing a contract for Electrical Repair and Testing Services for large buildings in the Downtown Government Complex in Raleigh, NC.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Create a bid package for testing circuit breakers in large buildings within the Downtown Government Complex.
