Background
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking competitive sealed bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract for the Edlund 11100 Old Reliable #1 Manual Can Opener. This contract aims to provide the necessary can openers for kitchens in correctional facilities across North Carolina, ensuring a consistent supply for food preparation needs.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Edlund 11100 Old Reliable #1 Manual Can Openers, which must meet specific product specifications including:
- Packaged single (1) per carton
- Plated steel base
- Shaft length of 12.5 inches
- Rust-resistant arbor
- Delrin plastic spool
- Must use replacement kit KT1100
- Must be palletized with no metal banding on handles
- All cases and boxes must be clearly marked to identify quantity and products shipped.

The vendor is responsible for delivering these items Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the NC Department of Adult Correction Central Supply Warehouse located at 200 Leagan Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603 within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be three (3) years, starting from the date of final contract execution.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the NC Department of Adult Correction Central Supply Warehouse at 200 Leagan Drive, Raleigh, NC 27603.
