Eastern Correctional Facility Modernization and Maintenance Services

Background
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking a qualified Vendor/Contractor to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services aimed at modernizing the Eastern Correctional Institution located at 2821 Highway 903 North, Maury NC 28554.

The goal of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract for these services.

Work Details
The contract will involve various maintenance and repair tasks necessary for the modernization of the Eastern Correctional Institution. Specific services include infrastructure maintenance and repair as outlined in Commodity No. 721033.

The Vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Additionally, the Vendor must provide qualified personnel to perform these services professionally.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be one (1) year, commencing on the date of final contract execution. The Vendor is expected to begin work within 15 business days following the effective date of the contract.
