Background
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (N.C. The university serves approximately 5,900 on-campus students and has a robust dining program that supports both academic and extracurricular activities.

N.C. A&T is seeking a strategic partner to manage its Dining Services Program, which includes residential dining, retail dining, catering services, summer conferences, and athletic dining.

Work Details
The selected supplier will manage the following services:
- Residential Dining Services
- Retail Dining Services
- Catering Services (including Athletic Catering)
- Summer Conferences/Camps
- Athletic and Band Training Table
- Provision of alcohol service as required.

Excluded from this RFP are Beverage and Snack Vending and Athletic Concessions. The supplier is expected to establish a high-quality dining experience with executive-level engagement and campus-wide service standards. Financially, the supplier must provide a guaranteed return to the university from day one, along with capital investment plans and transparent financial reporting.

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term of ten (10) years starting from October 1, 2026, with operations commencing on January 1, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Suppliers must have experience managing at least twenty Dining Service Program Management accounts at four-year higher education institutions in the Southeastern United States. They must maintain financial resources for capital investments and provide ongoing training for employees in various areas including customer service and food safety. Additionally, suppliers must comply with North Carolina's E-Verify requirements for employee work authorization.
