Designer Solicitation for App State Dining Master Plan Development

Background
Appalachian State University is seeking to develop a comprehensive, long-term strategy to enhance the dining experience on campus through the App State Dining Master Plan. This initiative aims to create concepts for both new and existing dining spaces while ensuring that the dining services can meet demand during construction periods.

Work Details
The contract involves planning services for the University Dining Master Plan, which will include:
1) Developing concepts for new and existing dining spaces;
2) Creating a long-term phasing plan to ensure dining services remain operational during construction;
3) Providing architectural or engineering services as required.
Proposers must be licensed in the State of North Carolina to respond to this solicitation.
