Designer Services for DeLoach Hall Modernization at UNC Wilmington

Background
The University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking designer services for the modernization of DeLoach Hall, a two-story building constructed in 1969.

The project involves comprehensive renovations to DeLoach Hall, which encompasses approximately 40,000 square feet.

The scope of work includes:
- Improving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems;

- Replacing windows and exterior doors;
- Replacing roofing;
- Repairing interior surface finishes.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be completed by January 23, 2025.
