Crowdstrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM Additional Ingestion

Background
The City of Greensboro is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Crowdstrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM Additional Ingestion software subscription to enhance its existing Cyber Security Program. The goal is to improve security monitoring, block ransomware attacks, and protect all systems within the organization. This contract will be funded in whole or in part with federal funding, which necessitates compliance with federal laws and regulations.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide a cloud-based service that includes:

1. Falcon Next-Gen SIEM Additional Ingestion - 30 GB
2. Falcon Next-Gen SIEM 180 Day Retention - 40 GB
3. Falcon Search Retention - 180 days - 3000 units
4. Express Support - 1 unit
5. Insight - 5 units
6. Threat Graph - 5 units

The software must deliver threat intelligence and sandboxing capabilities to identify and block new forms of attacks effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract term is sixteen (16) months, starting approximately on October 1, 2025, and ending on February 28, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must be actively registered with the NC Secretary of State and maintain an active SAM registration during the contract period. They must also comply with federal requirements related to drug-free workplace policies and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
